    Saturday 30th May 2009 – Training Program

10:30am - We are to be Saddled and Mounted for inspection. Gillian, if you could inspect that saddles are appropriately fitted that would be great. You're good at the exacts” of where it sits on the horse.

10:45 -11:45am - Basic Drill Commands explained. "Distance, Interval, Dressing!" What does it mean. Troop line and positions explained. A Troop Drill practice at a walk.

11:45 - 12:15pm - Something fun and interesting for Horse and Rider.

If anyone has any ideas on this let us know, could be a short Relay game or something to end our training on a good note for the ponies.

“Gillian”- Helen and I are keen that the 3rd session at 11.45 includes "bombproofing" such as introduction to flags and loud music.

12.15pm - Dismissed. Unsaddle, feed and water Horses, lunch and meeting.
