This famous recruiting slogan from WW1 still applies today. We want to encourage anyone over the age of 16  to apply to join us as a member of the 6th Lieht Horse Cumberland Troop.

If you have an interest in Australian history, a sense of adventure and a passion to experience the mateship of being a member of the Australian Light Horse, join us.

For many people, being a member of a Light Horse Troop is an exciting and rewarding experience.

You can participate as a mounted or dismounted trooper or as member in any other capacity.

Mounted troopers and their horses are drawn from all the various equestrian disciplines and will find new experiences, education and challenges for themselves and their horses.

If you are interested in possibly joining us, please come to one of  our training days.

Can we provide a display for you?
